Data is unlimited with a 5 GB high-speed threshold. After 5 GB, AT&T can slow speeds during congestion. The 5 GB high-speed cap is restrictive - a typical phone line can hit 5 GB in a few days of moderate use including navigation, streaming, and browsing. Voice and text are unlimited in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Plan Speed
AT&T's 5G and 4G LTE. The 5 GB high-speed threshold is unusually low for an unlimited plan - it means a moderate data month will likely hit the threshold before the end of the month. After 5 GB, AT&T may slow speeds when the network is busy. The 480p video cap applies regardless of available network speed.
