Cricket's Sensible 10 GB is the plan for anyone confident they stay under 10 GB of cellular data per month.
At $35 taxes-included on AT&T's network, it's priced appropriately for what it offers: 10 GB of high-speed data before the experience degrades significantly. The post-cap throttle of 128 kbps is essentially unusable for anything beyond text messages and very basic email - web pages will load slowly or not at all, and video of any resolution won't play. Cricket does offer a $10/GB option to restore full speed after hitting the cap, which prevents getting stranded.
No hotspot is included, and no international calling or Mexico/Canada coverage.
