Google Fi Unlimited Standard is the plan where Fi's unlimited structure starts to make more sense for everyday use.
At $50/mo, it adds 25 GB of hotspot and a larger 50 GB high-speed cap over the $35 Essentials tier, while staying below the $65 Premium's international data and larger hotspot. The carrier is T-Mobile and US Cellular, and the network quality follows the MVNO pattern: generally solid, with deprioritization during congestion. The 256 kbps post-cap speed applies here the same as on the Essentials tier, functional for texts, limiting for anything else.
Previously marketed as 'Simply Unlimited,' the plan has settled at $50/mo with a fairly complete domestic feature set for a mid-range MVNO price.
