The plan delivers 50 GB of full-speed data before the carrier may slow you down on congested towers -- 50 GB is more than most people use monthly, so the deprioritization threshold is less likely to matter in practice. What matters more is the video cap and the hotspot situation. Video is capped at 480p -- standard definition, which is noticeably worse than the 720p or 1080p you'd see on a mid-tier plan.
The hotspot tethering is included but limited to 600 kbps, which is roughly 3G speed. That is slow enough to load basic web pages but too slow for video calls, HD streaming, or many modern apps. The plan is limited to 1 to 2 lines.
