At $439.99 through Verizon in 2026, it competes against the iPhone 14 Plus (4325 mAh, $337.99) and the iPhone 14 Pro Max (4323 mAh, $491.99). The 15 Plus improves on the 14 Plus in meaningful ways: USB-C instead of Lightning, 48 MP main camera instead of 12 MP, 2000 nits instead of 1200 nits, and the Dynamic Island. It is still a 60 Hz display. The A16 Bionic chip is a step up from the A15 in the 14 Plus. Battery at 4383 mAh is the largest in the 15 standard lineup and consistently posts all-day-plus endurance in testing.
