Samsung's plus-size 2024 flagship at $399 — 6.7-inch QHD+ display, real 3x telephoto, 4,900 mAh battery, 45W charging.
The S24+ is the middle child of Samsung's 2024 flagship line and the value pick of the bunch in 2026. Same 6.7-inch class display as the S24 Ultra in terms of brightness and pixel density — a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X at 2,600 nits, QHD+ resolution, 120 Hz adaptive — at the smaller form factor and without the curved-edge legacy. Same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chip and 12 GB of RAM as the Ultra. The triple rear camera (50 MP main, 12 MP ultrawide, 10 MP 3x optical telephoto) carries over from the regular S24, but the bigger 4,900 mAh battery and 45W wired charging are the meaningful upgrades over the small sibling. At Verizon's $399 outright in 2026 — under half of what this phone cost at launch — the value column finally tilts hard in this phone's favor. Two generations behind on silicon, one of the better remaining buys at this price.
