The S25 family's sweet spot - flagship speed, a big battery, and reverse wireless charging in a 6.7-inch frame.
The Samsung Galaxy S25+ occupies the middle position in the S25 lineup, and it is the one that makes the most sense for the broadest set of buyers. It carries the same Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 3120 x 1440 px Dynamic LTPO AMOLED display as the S25 Edge and Ultra, adds a 4900 mAh battery with 45W wired charging that neither the base S25 nor the Edge can match, and includes 4W reverse wireless charging. The camera system runs 50 MP main, 10 MP 3x telephoto, and 12 MP ultrawide - the same triple setup as the base S25 but on a larger chassis with better thermal headroom.
At around $631 from Verizon, the S25+ sits between the base S25 and the Ultra without demanding the premium of the latter. There are tradeoffs: carrier availability is limited to AT&T and Verizon only, which restricts where it can be purchased and used. Body material data is sparse in early listings. The lack of mmWave 5G may matter in dense urban environments. But for anyone who wants the full Snapdragon 8 Elite experience with a large battery and fast charging, the S25+ delivers that combination more completely than either the base S25 or the S25 Edge.
