The Flip7 grows the main display, steps up to Exynos 2500, and pushes 4300 mAh into the clamshell formula.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 is Samsung's 2025 clamshell foldable, a meaningful step forward from the Flip6 in several ways. The main display grows from 6.7 inches to 6.9 inches with a slightly higher aspect ratio. Battery capacity increases from 4000 mAh to 4300 mAh. The processor moves to the Exynos 2500 (3 nm), Samsung's own chip, which brings improved power efficiency alongside competitive performance. The main camera upgrades from 50 MP to a 50 MP with refined optics, and the cover display continues to handle widgets and quick interactions.
At $1,099.99 from AT&T with installments running about $30.55 per month, the Flip7 is priced at the high end for a phone that is still, fundamentally, a clamshell with compromises. Sub6 and mmWave 5G are present. Android 16 ships out of the box with Samsung's seven-year update commitment. IP48 replaces the IPX8 of the Flip5 - a lateral step in water protection with limited dust coverage. The Flip7 is available at AT&T, Boost, Google Fi, T-Mobile, and Verizon, which is broader carrier coverage than earlier Flip models had.
