- Open the email app that is not working.
- Swipe up from the bottom of your app’s display to access the app scroller.
- Touch the problematic app, then drag it upward until it leaves the screen.
- Touch anywhere to exit the app scroller.
- Return to your Home screen.
- Try opening the email app again.
