Remove Your Android Case

1 min read
  1. Remove your Android phone from its case.
  2. Try to replicate the problem that you were having. If it doesn’t happen once the case is removed, its possible the case was causing the problem.
  3. If you’re still seeing the same problem, move on to the next step.
  4. If removing the case fixed the problem, consider getting a new case for your phone so you can keep it protected without causing that problem again.

Why this works:

Sometimes your case can cause problems with your phone. They may obstruct the camera, press down buttons, and sometimes prevent features from working like wireless charging. If the case is made out of metal, it can even prevent you from getting good cell service!

Sometimes the best solution is as simple as removing the case from your Android phone and trying a different one.
