Turn Android Mobile Data On Or Off

Toggle Mobile Data In Settings

1. Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the gear icon to access your settings.
2. Tap your network settings. It may appear as connectivity.
3. Tap data usage.
4. Tap mobile data to toggle the feature on and off. The slider should light up with a color when mobile data is turned on.

Toggle Mobile Data On The Quick Panel

1. Swipe down from the top of your screen.
2. Swipe down from the top again to see more of your quick panel settings.
3. Slide through the list until you find mobile data, and tap on it.
4. This will toggle mobile data on and off. You can tell that it is turned on when the item is lit up with a color.

Why this works:

Turn mobile data on to connect to the Internet without Wi-Fi. If you are having connectivity issues, turning mobile data off and back on again may resolve the problem.
