- Open Settings.
- Tap Connections.
- Turn off the switch next to Wi-Fi.
- Wait a few seconds, then tap the switch again to turn Wi-Fi back on.
Why this works:
Turning Wi-Fi off and back on can sometimes fix minor software issues. It gives your Samsung Galaxy a second chance to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
