What Is AT&T Thanks?

AT&T Thanks is a program that offers benefits to AT&T customers as a reward for registering for AT&T's service. It's easy to sign up, and you can start redeeming your benefits almost immediately!

The AT&T Thanks program is designed to have something for everyone. Some of the most popular benefits include same-day device delivery, buy-one-get-one movie tickets, and access to pre-sale concert tickets.

What Rewards Can I Receive?

There are three AT&T Thanks tiers: Blue, Gold, and Platinum. Your tier is assigned based on how many qualifying services you have registered with your AT&T account. Visit the AT&T Thanks Benefit Tiers page to find out exactly which AT&T services qualify an account for the program!

Blue Tier

Blue tier is the starting point assigned to all customers using a minimum of one qualifying AT&T service. Blue Tier members are eligible for Ticket Twosdays, which allows AT&T Thanks members the opportunity to purchase two movie tickets for the price of one every Tuesday.

Additional Blue Tier benefits include priority access to pre-sale concert tickets, and same-day delivery when you purchase a new device from AT&T.

Gold Tier

The AT&T Thanks Gold tier is assigned to all customers signed up for at least two qualifying AT&T services. These members enjoy the same perks as Blue tier members. Additionally, the gold tier gives you access to special surprise offers from AT&T!

Platinum Tier

Anyone registered for four or more qualifying AT&T services is eligible for the Platinum AT&T Thanks tier. In addition to receiving all the same benefits as the lower two tiers, Platinum members also receive access to AT&T's Premier Support line. If you experience any trouble with your AT&T services, Platinum tier members are also prioritized for account servicing by AT&T!

How Do I Sign Up For AT&T Thanks?

If you're an AT&T user, you’re already signed up for AT&T Thanks. After signing into your My AT&T account online, you’ll be able to see which tier you have access to and start taking advantage of those rewards!
