Check For Updates On Android Devices

  1. Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the gear to open your settings.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and tap software update
  3. Tap download and install.
  4. Your Android phone will search for any new updates for your device.
  5. If an update is available, you can schedule a time for the update to install, or you can install it immediately.
  6. Make sure your phone is plugged in and charging before you install an update as it will use more power than usual.
