- Open Settings
- Tap Connections or Network
- Tap the Wi-Fi button.
- Wait a moment for Wi-Fi to disconnect, then tap the button again to turn Wi-Fi back on.
Why this works:
Turning Wi-Fi off and back on again can reset your network settings and fix software errors. This can refresh your Android device and get it working properly again.
Pro tip:
- You can also turn Wi-Fi on and off using the quick settings panel that appears when you swipe down from the top of your screen.
