Best VPN iPhone XS

Best VPN for iPhone XS in 2024 | Comparison & Reviews!

You've been looking at getting an iPhone X VPN, but you're unsure of which one to pick. There are a lot of VPNs to choose from, so it can be a difficult decision. In what follows, I'll show you the best VPN for the iPhone XS!

What Is A VPN?

Virtual private networks, also called VPNs, are a way that you can browse more securely on the Internet. They funnel your connection through one or more different computers to mask your IP address.

Your IP address is a unique number which websites use to identify your computer. Think of it like a fingerprint or a license plate number. If they have this number, they might even be able to tell where you live!

When you're using a VPN, this IP address is hidden from websites. They'll see some other random number instead. This helps make your browsing safer and more secure.

Why Should I Get An iPhone XS VPN?

Getting a VPN for your iPhone XS isn't just good for private browsing. It's also great for viewing websites that are restricted by location. If you use a server for your VPN that's located in another country, you might be able to access blocked websites.

If you like to travel, some hotels offer exclusive prices depending on your location. You could use a VPN to get those exclusive deals on lodging and hotels.

Setting Up Your VPN On An iPhone XS

All the VPNs that I'll recommend to you have very user-friendly apps that make setting up your VPN easy. When you install and open the app, they'll give you the option to configure the VPN automatically.

If you need to configure your VPN manually, head over to Settings -> VPN -> Add VPN Configuration

Our Take On KeepSolid VPN Unlimited

What sets VPN Unlimited apart as a VPN service is its inclusiveness. You can register multiple devices under the same IP address, or extend your account to add more devices as you need. You can even register for a lifetime VPN subscription if you plan on maintaining your internet presence's security longterm. Whether you're looking for added protection streaming video on the iPhone XS's 5.8 inch screen or trying to keep the code for your new app secure, VPN Unlimited's ready to accomodate for your personal activity.

  • Pros
  • A VPN Unlimited subscription comes with DNS Firewall malware protection.
  • The Team Coverage feature allows you to keep multiple members of your household or company protected at once. No matter who's using 4G LTE on your data plan, you can opt to keep their activity private and protected.
  • Personally keep track of your KeepSolid accout with their User Office.
  • Thanks to VPN Unlimited, you can enjoy protected activity on your phone at all times, as long as you don't run through your iPhone XS's 20 hours of battery.

  • Cons
  • Unless you commit to three or more years of service, you'll probably find more affordable deals elsewhere. Even halfway into that long of a service commitment, it will be long past the iPhone XS's September 2018 release date.
  • VPN Unlimited isn't KeepSolid's only VPN service. While this doesn't reflect their product's quality necessarily, it may change how personally guarded your account feels.

Our Verdict

KeepSolid's VPN Unlimited feels relatively inaccessible when compared to the user interfaces offered by competing VPN services. Users occassionally report needing to extend pretty significant effort to add or remove VPN Unlimited from a given device. While their support staff seems ready to help, this may contrast any expectations you've built from your iPhone XS's accessible layout.

PureVPN

Featuring an internet killswitch, split tunneling and a reliable support system, PureVPN is a great option for keeping your data secure and your internet access fast.

Our Take On PureVPN

PureVPN is praised as a flexible and friendly VPN provider for even the most casual tech fan. They have a wide-spanning network of servers across the world, and their payment plans are affordable, if somewhat tricky to keep track of. One huge perk to signing up for PureVPN is their split tunneling feature, which allows users to regulate exactly which of their data goes through their VPN address and which comes through their regular IP address. If your iPhone XS's accessing a Wi-Fi network, you can be sure to enjoy a fast and simple connection.

  • Pros
  • PureVPN claims supremely high security thanks to their "military grade" encryption. Even with such a heavy level of protection, you should still be able to use data at the maximum data speed of 1000 Mbps (Cat.16).
  • VPN service from PureVPN comes with the added benefit of an internet kill switch if the VPN connection drops.
  • Service from PureVPN comes with the option for split tunneling, which makes regulating your personal data's security even simpler.
  • PureVPN claims their policy of no data logging has been certified by an independent auditor. If you're planning on videochatting through that iPhone XS's 12 MP camera, only you and the person on the other line will ever have access to your conversation.

TunnelBear

TunnelBear is a company dedicated to their user friendliness and high security, though the diversity of their service is limited.

Our Take On TunnelBear

TunnelBear's name comes up in some of the most surface-level VPN conversations you can find, and for good reason. This VPN provider makes a clear effort to maximize user accessibility and comfort. If you're looking for a reliable means to jump around the global internet network, especially on 4G LTE networks, they'll provide you with the information, support, and resources you need to do so every step of the way.

  • Pros
  • The user-friendly atmosphere TunnelBear creates pairs perfectly with the iPhone XS interface.

  • TunnelBear allows you to move your IP address' geographical location with ease.

  • Cons
  • TunnelBear is not particularly diverse geographically.
  • TunnelBear has not published the number of servers they have worldwide. This may limit where you can register you VPN while still accessing 1000 Mbps (Cat.16) data speeds.

Our Verdict

What TunnelBear lacks in worldwide servers they make up for in honesty. This company makes a sincere effort to make their users feel secure on as many levels as possible. Their prices are competitive, but the service they provide appears more limited than what some other VPN alternatives might advertise. If you're looking for a VPN service to protect simple data, like 12 MP photos taken on your cell phone, they might be the perfect choice!

  1. Good morning. Recommend some website with recipes where you can find a lot of delicious dishes for both novice cooks and professionals.
As well as tips on cooking and other information. Thank you all in advance.

  2. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and appearance. I must say you have done a awesome job with this. Also, the blog loads very quick for me on Internet explorer. Exceptional Blog!

  3. This design is spectacular! You definitely know how to keep a reader entertained.
Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well,
almost…HaHa!) Excellent job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that,
how you presented it. Too cool!

  4. I’m really impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your blog.
Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing,
it’s rare to see a nice blog like this one these days.

  5. Hi! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering
which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had
problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

  6. As far as I know there should be little to none data flowing
between you and your VPN provider that you do not initiate.
If you ask for data you should get it otherwise it should not be flowing.

Understand that devices and operating systems are continuously
looking for and asking for data. For example your weather app on your phone will ask for an update periodically,
Windows is always looking for updates and data to stream to you.
Email clients are looking for email, etc etc.
But if you take your connection down to one device that data stream “should” be very small in quantity.
It should not be sucking up 10’s of megabytes of data per
day. Some routers have bandwidth monitoring logging if you have that then you could just take
it down to just your router running on the connection and that “should” should be little to no data
flowing. It’s hard to analyse this from my chair
but if you do some research you will find tons of ways to get an answer to this problem.
Thank you for watching, commenting and the kind words.
I appreciate it greatly. All the best.
