That makes the 15 GB plan hard to justify - the Unlimited tier costs the same and delivers more: unlimited data with 20 GB at full speed before deprioritization, plus a 20 GB mobile hotspot that the 15 GB plan doesn't include at all. The catch on the 'unlimited' framing: after 20 GB, speeds drop to 128 Kbps - which is barely functional, slower than a typical home internet connection by orders of magnitude, only good for text messages and basic email at best. This is a high-speed data cap that goes by the name 'unlimited.' Still on Verizon's network.
