Plan Features
LTE on T-Mobile and US Cellular networks, pay-per-GB at $10/GB with the base fee of $20/mo per line, hotspot at same $10/GB rate, Bill Protection data ceiling (6 GB for 1 user), international data in 200+ countries at no extra charge, Canada/Mexico included. Up to 6 lines. No streaming perks, no cloud storage included.
Data, Minutes & Messages
Unlimited domestic calls. Texts to other countries included. Data is charged at $10/GB in partial-GB increments. Bill Protection kicks in when data charges would exceed the per-user ceiling - after that, remaining data for the month runs free but at 256 kbps. International texts included. Calls to 50+ international destinations included at rates listed separately.
Plan Speed
Full LTE speeds through the Bill Protection data ceiling (6 GB for one line, more for multi-line accounts). After Bill Protection engages, speed drops to 256 kbps - which is slow enough that most modern apps will struggle. At 256 kbps, basic messaging and minimal text browsing may work; video and most app functionality won't. International data in 200+ countries also runs at LTE speed.
Contract Details
Month-to-month, no contract, no early termination fee. No autopay discount - the $20/mo base plus $10/GB is the actual rate. Cancel any time.
Overage Charges
There are no overages in the traditional sense - data is charged at $10/GB and Bill Protection automatically caps the maximum monthly data charge once the per-user ceiling is reached. After the ceiling, additional data in the billing cycle is free but slowed to 256 kbps. The cap for one user is 6 GB, making the maximum monthly data charge $60 before Bill Protection, plus the $20 base fee.
Mobile Hotspot
Hotspot is included and draws from the same pay-per-GB pool at $10/GB. Hotspot use adds to the monthly data bill the same way phone data does. Heavy hotspot use before Bill Protection kicks in will raise the monthly cost significantly. After Bill Protection, hotspot slows to 256 kbps alongside phone data.
