At $25 with AutoPay on T-Mobile's network, Metro's entry unlimited isn't trying to hide what it is.
The price includes all taxes and fees, which is a genuine differentiator at this tier. The catch is a 35 GB high-speed data cap -- after that, the tower gets to slow you down whenever it feels busy. Video is locked to 480p (standard definition) regardless of your cap status.
No hotspot. BYOP only -- Metro won't sell you a phone on this plan. Still: $25 all-in, no contract, T-Mobile 5G coverage.
For light phone use, that math is hard to argue with.
