Full T-Mobile 5G/LTE for the first 50 GB. After 50 GB, on a congested tower, speeds may slow relative to higher-priority plan holders. Video streaming is capped at 480p regardless of data usage -- this is a plan-level speed limit, not a post-cap throttle. 480p looks acceptable on a phone screen but is noticeably softer than 720p or 1080p for anyone watching closely.
